Join the FREE 'Time To Talk Mental Health' Webinar

Join us on Time To Talk Day and together let’s help break the stigma around mental health

It’s Time To Talk Day on Thursday 4 February and we will be joining in the conversation about mental health by hosting a free webinar on Zoom for anyone to attend.

Date: Thursday 4 February 2021

Time: 2.30pm – 4.00pm

Where: Online via Zoom – link will be sent to you once you have registered your interest on Eventbrite

This is a great opportunity to connect with others and think about your own mental health, share wellbeing tips, as well as give yourself some time out to appreciate the world by taking part in a short mindfulness session.

We hope you, your colleagues, family and friends are able to join us.
